Pumpkin Gingerbread
Very good! I used one cup white flour, and the rest in whole wheat, as it was all I had on hand. Made 10 mini loaves, and baked for 45 mins. Awesome - thanks for the post.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This was good - next time I think I'll pound the chicken breast to make the cooking time faster, as my breasts were pretty big. The only thing I did differently was use cornstarch to thicken the sauce, as I was hungry and got tired of waiting & I omitted the flour. I served it with baked cauliflower with parmesan cheese for a low carb dinner. Hubby thought it tasted just like marasala. Will make again thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was fantastic! I cheated a little - I used a quart of home made salsa in place of the tomatoes and chilis, used a bottle of pale ale, and used Bill Engols taco seasoning - it was fabulous! This will be added to our rotation - thanks for a wonderful and easy recipe!
