Zucchini Casserole I
My husband and I really loved this recipe. I used a box of chicken flavored stove-top (6 oZ) 1/2 C butter and 3/4 C sour cream. I didn't have any carrots, but they were not missed.I mixed the zucchini mixture with 2/3 of the stuffing mix and sprinkled the other 1/3 on top. This is a definete keeper.

Pineapple Angel Food Cake I
I had this cake at a friends house and couldn't wait to try it myself. This cake is easier than driving to the bakery and so good. I did add some coconut as some of the others did. This recipe is a keeper. Great to keep ingredients on hand for those times when you need to bring dessert on a short notice.

Ugly Duckling Cake I
This is the best cake that I have had in a long time. It stays moist for days. I used pecans instead of walnuts , but followed the rest of the recipe as is. I really had my doubts when I poured the milk mixture over the top, but it worked out perfectly. This is a keeper!
