Jamie's Minestrone
I absolutely loved this recipe. I would however make one slight change next time I make it. I would double up on the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Soup got too thick for my tastes after it sat. Also, this soup was soooo much better the next day. Freezed beautifully.

Ziti Chicken and Broccoli
This is a new family favorite. My husband especially loves it. I did make a few changes to suit our taste. I left out the artichokes, and added more grated cheese and butter. Yummy!
