Lime-Garlic Chicken and Spinach Salad
I think this is a great base recipe, but could really benefit from some vegetables or something integrated into it rather than over a salad. I haven't come up with something else quite yet, but I'm definitely going to try this one again.

Cilantro Chicken and Rice
This recipe is absolutely awesome! I made it for 4 servings and by the time I was done my roommate was already checking to see if I had enough ingredients left over to make her own batch! I definitely recommend cutting down on the cayenne and chili.
