Beef and Noodles in Crockpot
This was great! I used 1.5 lbs of lean stew meat. This makes a lot of gravy, so use at least that much. Next time, I may brown meat. My teenage daughter was not too thrilled with the look of the meat. But boy did it taste great. We used on top of mashed potatoes. Awesome!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
Just made this last night. My family loved it! I followed suggestions of others and dipped chicken in egg then in bread crumbs. You'll need more bread crumbs, if you do this. It's great with whole wheat bread crumbs. I also tried the sauce of cream of chicken and sour cream. We found it to be too rich and the dish was better without it! I used provolone, as it's milder than swiss and baked for 40 minutes. Will make again and again!

Chicken in a Pot
This is my teens favorite chicken dish. I use 1 cup of chicken or beef broth. We like extra sauce. Plus I use 2 TBS of tomato paste not tomato sauce. I also substitute basil for oregano. I have also found that it requires more bread crumbs. I just used whole wheat bread crumbs last night and it was delish!
