Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
This recipe was delicious! I was somewhat doubtful because of the simplicity of ingredients, but it was extremely tasty. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding about 1/2 the dill. (Not a big dill fan).

Chorizo and Lentil Stew
This was very good, but seemed to be missing something. The following day I added cut up chicken to the leftovers and it seemed to give it a more well rounded flavor.

Chicken In Basil Cream
Very good! I made some modifications to suit my own taste of course. I decided to forgo the breading on the chicken and to tell you the truth the sauce can stand alone without the additional labor (and fat). I just used chicken breasts halved and cooked in a pan with olive oil. I also couldn't find pimentos, so used roasted red peppers instead.
