Spicy Party Pretzels

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2006
OH, YUM!! Made recipe exactly as stated except for oven temp. Cooked at 250 degrees and turned every 5-6 minutes to make sure they wouldn't burn. Cooked for 45 minutes and they came out perfect. Everyone loved them and were disappointed there weren't more. This will definitely be a party food from now on. Thanks!

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2006
WOW! What a marinade. I went strictly by the recipe except for how long to marinate. I only marinated for 18 hours & it still came out great. I used it on a 4 pound beef roast, baked it at 350 degrees for 2 hours, & then smoked it on the grill for 30 minutes. It came out deeelicious. Thanks for the new marinade. I will be using it from now on.

Potato Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2006
These were excellent. I did make only one change(minor). I substituted bread crumbs w/caesar salad croutons. Other than that, followed the recipe exactly. Mine did not turn out dry as others said. The flavor was great. Served with fresh lemons on the side. Thanks for a great recipe with salmon in a can!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
This recipe is outstanding. I went right by the recipe step-by-step. I wouldn't change a thing. The chicken breasts were not dried out and the taste was great. I can't see rating this anything but 5 stars. Great recipe!

Incredible Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2005
This was a great recipe. I had to substitute a couple of ingredients. Instead of potatoes, I used frozen potatoes O'Brien (which took an additional 20 minutes to prepare). And I also used Italian bread crumbs instead of corn flakes. All in all, it was a great side dish.

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2005
This turkey was BEAUTIFUL!! It looked like something out of a magazine when it finished. I went exactly by the recipe and it is fail proof. The breast was juicy and tender and the dark meat was cooked to perfection. I usually go by my mothers recipe (sorry mom) but this will be on my table every Thanksgiving from here on out. Anything less than 5 stars would be an insult to this bird. Thanks Trudie!!!

Dave's Low Country Boil

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2005
This was one heck of a boil! Cooked it exactly by the recipe. Had around 10 people over and everything was eaten but 1 piece of corn. Everyone raved about it. I WILL make this again. Thanks for a great get together recipe!

Snappy Green Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2003
Green beans were good but there was too much bacon grease for my taste. Cut it down to two slices. Added two cans instead of one. Vinegar did add a new twist though. Threw in some toasted sesame seeds for added flavor.

Garlic Butter

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2002
WAY to much salt. Cut the salt in half(more possibly). Tastes just like the garlic butter I make, but ALOT more salt.
