Lemon Garlic Tilapia
I honestly thought this would have more flavor. I followed the other users suggestions of first rubbing the fish with salt and pepper then to saute the garlic, parsley, butter, and lemon juice before pouring on the fish but it just didn't have as much flavor as I was hoping for. I think next time I'm going to try adding the fish in skillet after I saute the mixture and keep it there to cook in the flavor ... maybe that will help.
