Delicious & easy!! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I used Cinammon Chex (not Wheat) & I didn't use dried apples; I used the cinammon "crisp" apple chips - wonderful! I did think the rasins were a bit out of place, as they sunk to the bottom of the mix, so you had to dig for those, but they tasted yummy. Such a great holiday snack!!

Definitely tasty, just not as moist as I was hoping from the other reviews. I did only use 1/4 cup of sour cream as that was all I had on-hand, so when I make it again, I will go for the full cup. I also included some shredded carrot, used cocoa powder & butter in place of the chocolate squares & used 1/2 whole wheat 1/2 white flour.

I can't believe there are so many reviews for this recipe because it is bland at best. The apples are awesome - no doubt. But the chops are terribly bland. I might attempt another go at this recipe but marinading the chops first & maybe getting a more flavorful result. 3 stars for the apples - yum!
