Surprise Banana Cake

I did use the cake flour, and creamed the butter and sugar very well, and it came out amazing. Will keep this in my recipe book for sure!

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

I thought the combination in this stuffing was fab! I made it for my family and they just loved it. I did use half blue cheese and half feta like others, and it worked out great. I made a little extra of the stuffing, and people were eating it right out of the bowl. I am going to stuff a pork loin with this as well.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

I tried this recipe and thought it was very good. I would will make it again, only not with stuffing for the topping. I will use bread crumbs next time. The family really enjoyed it.
