I don't have a bread machine, so I made this the conventional way. It still turned out to be the softest bread recipe that I have found. Great for sandwiches! I let it rise three times (two in a bowl and third in the loaf pan) and then baked at 375 for 30 minutes. I also placed a pan of water in the bottom of the oven for humidity. Next time, I'll add a little more honey, because I like the bread to be sweet.

This dish tasted great, but it was a little eggy for a side dish. It would be much better as a breakfast dish.
