Chicken Dumpling Strips
These taste just like my grandmothers dumplings. I changed a few things though. I used wheat flour instead of regular and I used margarine instead of shortening. I also added chopped carrots and celery to the broth and cooked them before adding the cooked chicken and dumplings. The excess flour on the dumplings is crucial to make the broth the perfect consistency. This is also a great recipe for freezing. It holds up great when frozen and reheated, so go ahead and make a few batches at once while you are making a mess anyway!

Crock Pot Portobello Chicken
This recipe is def a keeper. I used the light italian dressing like stated in the reviews and baby bella mushrooms. I also added carrots and onions so we would have a more rounded meal. Everyone loved this and I have made it more than once now.

Hash Brown and Egg Casserole
This was dry and flavorless. Everyone tried it and agreed it wasn't good.
