Chocolate Covered Strawberries

So delicious yet so simple. I melt my chocolate in the microwave and stir it ever 10 seconds. It usually takes about 1 minutes to melt 16oz of chocolate to the right consistency. So much cheaper then buying chocolate covered strawberries at Godiva ($4.50 ea.) You can make about 40 for just under $10 with this recipe. You should definitely try this recipe out!

Spicy Cranberry Chutney

Just tested this recipe for this coming Thanksgiving and it is fantastic. I'm going to leave out the ginger and red pepper flakes because I want to make sure it's a dish that will make the majority of palettes at my dinner table happy! I'm sure it will.. Make sure to add a 1/4 cup of white sugar and cook covered for the first five minutes after adding the cranberries to allow some cranberries to pop.
