Wonderful Waffles
labor intensive but worth it! I made a huge batch for lunch and froze a bunch of quick & easy breakfasts

Pumpkin Cookies I
A hit in our house. I did need to bake them longer but they were quite soft and melt in your mouth treats! I added white chocolate chips, kids loved them!

Portuguese Sweet Bread I
I added some cinnamon to compliment the pumpkin butter I was serving it with. A great light sweet bread.
