Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa
Excellent. Made it two nights before serving to guests. The "fire" was more pronounced when first made, and lessened by serving time. Guests raved! Very refreshing.

Watermelon Salsa
Excellent. I prepared the salsa two nights before a dinner party and it was rather "hot" when my wife & I first tasted it. The "heat" dissipated by the time we served it, and everyone really loved it. Very refreshing!
