Pebber Nodder (Danish Christmas Cookies)
I followed the recipe exactly. Very good as is, but don't be afraid to double the spice (especially if your cardamom is anything but super fresh.) Very easy to make, will make again.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake II
This is my new favorite chocolate cake recipe. Makes great cupcakes if you don't bake them as long. I used only a cup of sugar and it was plenty sweet for us. I grated the Zucchini and used half whole wheat.

E-Z Cream Biscuits
My husband loved these and they were sooo quick to make! I used light cream instead of heavy cream and I made my own self- rising flour using was half whole wheat. Great little drop biscuits. Thanks for posting.
