Buttermilk Pancakes II
This was an amazing recipe and even my husband, who's extremely picky, loved these. I sifted the dry ingredients before adding the wet ones. I froze the leftover pancakes in zip-lock bags in groups of 3. When someone was ready to eat some, we just microwaved them for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high and they tasted like they were just made fresh.
