A future bakery owner in the making! That's my dream... I love to make cakes and I love to challenge myself to do things normally considered "impossible" for my skill level. I have had no formal culinary training, but I love to self-teach from books and trial/error. I'm not afraid to try anything in the world of dessert! Elaborate, over-the-top, entirely too much fuss dessert. I live for it! Presentation matters! We eat with our eyes first... My grandmother and mother taught me to bake and I've been in love with it ever since! Making my first from-scratch cake that came out moist and yummy! Making, or rather ATTEMPTING to make custom chocolate pieces... I'm going to need either some professional training or about 10 more years on that one...
