Taco Salad II
I loved this and my 2 1/2 year old gobbled it down. I added black beans and olives and it was fantastic. The only thing it you really have to add the chips right before and chill the meat so it does not get soggy. Over all we loved this!!!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II
Absolutely the BEST!!!! I used corn tortilla's instead of flour and 2 cans black beans instead of chile. These were the only alterations. I think it would be good to add some rice as well. It was so good!!!

Quick and Easy Brownies
I loved this recipe!!!! It was so easy. I did as others and used only 1 cup of flour, because I love them gooey and not cakey. I also only used 3 eggs. Hubby and kids loved them. Thanks a bunch!!!
