Slow Cooker Chili II
This was perfect! I did everything according to the recipe but I added a hole jalapeno (took out the seeds) garlic salt, garlic powder...and i also added cilantro. I just love a lot of flavor and it turned out soo yummy! I highly suggest the cilantro!

Millie Pasquinelli's Fried Chicken
Really good!! This technique of pan frying chicken is a keeper! The only thing that I didn't like about it is that after I uncovered it, it made lots of water..Like a lot of water! How do I prevent this? Should I it? I just want it to be a little bit more crispier, other then that though really good...my boyfriend ood and awwed over it and hes not even that big on chicken.

My Best Clam Chowder
I know I know people hate it when you alter the recipe and then you post a review on it, but I wanted to add my little tweak to it and post it so that others might like it that way.. Instead of 3 cans of clams I only did 2, and then I also added quarter pound of shrimp meat (those little cooked shrimps) and a quarter pound of scallops (cut them small, and pan fried them with some butter and garlic)..and instead of carrots...that i forgot to buy..i just put in mushrooms, lol that was really really good! I highly recommend adding in some more seafood to make it a seafood chowder..so hearty and good! Oh! Definitely use fresh clams if you can, that's the only thing that I would do differently.
