Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is a very warm, comforting, flavorful soup. I will make this one of our fall/winter staples. It is SO SO good. Served it with grilled cheese sandwiches.

Baked Potato Soup
This is SO good! I have 3 boys and they all loved it (very rare that they will all like the same thing). Only thing I did was add an extra cup of chicken stock and an extra potato to make it go further. I will be making this alot this winter! YUM!!

Spinach Rice Casserole
We all enjoyed this. I used 4 cups chicken broth instead of the half water/half chicken broth and added garlic powder. I used frozen spinach and just thawed it and squeezed out all the excess water. I also used basmati rice. This had loads of flavor!! Will make again for sure!!
