Married with 3 daughters, therefore there is is always something to be cooked. I use Allrecipes almost daily for recipes, my favorite place to find new recipes. I do love to cook new recipes on a regular basis, I get tired of eating the same things. I like creating my own recipes, generally I search recipes and then create my own with a combination of several recipes in mind.

Country Green Beans
Yumm! I did make a couple changes though, I used chicken broth instead of water, used real bacon bits instead of ham, and used dried minced onions instead of fresh onion. Very good!

Mexican Casserole
I added 3 oz cream cheese to the chicken mixture and added corn juice, no water, turned out really delicious! Also topped with homeade guacamole, Yum!

Waffles I
No sure why it is rated to high. The waffles have a very bland flavor, pretty good texture, but flavor is lacking. Might as well have a frozen eggo instead of go to this trouble.
