Salmon Hash With Potatoes & Dill
This recipe was so easy to make and my whole family loved it. I used 1 T. of dried dill weed since I had no fresh on hand and it turned out great. Definitely will make again for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini
I didn't have any ricotta so I substituted cream cheese (the "whipped" kind) in this recipe. Instead of baking this, I just put the zucchini on a piece of foil on my outdoor grill, over high heat. It was on there for about 20 minutes and it turned out fabulous! Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely make this one again.

Mango Salsa Chicken
We love this recipe! I add one chopped avocado to the salsa right before serving and it's awesome! If you like avocado, try it, it's amazing!!.
