Im married with 2 kids 14 and 9. Like to cook, read, weight lifting, biking and gardening. I like to cook just about everything. I rarley completly follow any recipe I alway seem to end up making it my own in the end. But that is what cooking is all about right? Growing up my family always made homemade tamales on christmas eve. Now that I am grown and have my own family, still make them for the holidays, now it has become more of a new years eve tradition in my home I would say making Quiche for about 45 women for a baby shower was a bit challenging but turned out well. Not a big baker...I can follow a recipe but have no creativity when it comes to baking
