Ground Beef and Rice with Cheese
Good with customization! Great way to "hide" brown rice and ground turkey for picky eaters. I used 2 boil in bag brown rice, 1.5 lb gr. beef, 2 can cream of tomato soup, 1/3 c. cream cheese (mixed in soup/meat mixture), a little minced garlic, 1/4 c. spanish onion, some cumin and some red pepper powder (didn't have the chili powder), and Velveeta chunk sliced thinly. Received a thumbs up from all in the family from age 12 through 47!
