Buttercream Icing
USE ALL BUTTER! If you skip the shortening, this is a five star recipe. Also, I only used 3 cups of powdered suger--perfect.

Amish Bread
My family cannot get enough of this bread! I follow the recipe exactly except I always use the dough setting on my breadmaker then bake the bread in the oven.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas
I have made these several times and they always turn out great. Even my picky husband loves them (who does not like burritos, tacos, or any enchiladas but the cheese kind). I have never used the topping, and only add the cheddar when I bake them. Excellent and easy recipe!
