Fluffy Pancakes

These are delicious! I also used melted butter in place of the shortening, and I used light soy milk for the milk. They turned out extra fluffy!

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

These weren't that moist and they tasted like cookies in the form of a muffin, and not in a good way.
