My husband does NOT like pork of any kind, but when I make this he humms as he eats it. It is so good and tender. I've made it on the grill and in the oven. I did increase the marinade and boil down as a gravy like the others said. I also omitted the cinnamon. We aren't fans. Thank you for an awesome recipe.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

This was so good. i doubled the recipe and used white vinegar and milk instead of buttermilk. Other than that I didn't change anything. I will save this and make again for sure. Way to go Grandmom!

Nikki's Special Chocolate Martini

yummo. Loved this. I used Godiva Chocolate Liquor which is fabulous and cut the creamer with milk b/c i thought it was too sweet. So good though. Thank you to Nikki!

Pumpkin Dip

London Broil II

This was wonderful. I think the soy sauce really tenderizes the meat. I also used low sodium soy sauce. I did make some cris-cross cuts in the meat before I marinated.I marinated for about 6 hours. Very tasty.

Rolled Flank Steak

This was so good. I use hormone free meat which I have found to have more flavor anyway. I used roasted red peppers and prosciutto instead of bacon - very very thin. I did think it was a little salty though. Maybe the steak seasoning made it a little salty. Other than that- I thought it was wonderful and may make it for Christmas.

Sangria! Sangria!

Great. Great. Great. Made it a day ahead of time to have the flavors blend, but me and my husband couldn't wait so we drank half of it the night before our party. I had to put together another batch before and during the party. i also added apples b/c i made it in the winter. I would most likely make this again in the summer and add peaches and grapes. I also used Seltzer water cut down on the sweetness.

World's Best Lasagna

This is soo so good. I've made it a couple times before I reviewed. I did use double the ricotta cheese and 2 eggs and more parsley. And a little more moz cheese. I also used a hand blender for the sauce so the pieces of meat weren't too chunky. It blended the flavors together really nice. B/c it is a little time consuming I double the recipe and make two and freeze one of them. Then I have homemade lasagna on a busy work day. it is very very good. Even my mother asked me for the recipe and she NEVER asks me for recipes. I will only use this lasagna recipe from now on.

Eggplant Parmesan II

I don't know what I did wrong, but the eggplant never really cooked. I cooked the extra time as people stated and sweat the eggplant and baked it for almost an hour. it was tough.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

These were awesome. I did add fresh parsley and more fresh basil than in the recipe. I also marinated with frozen shrimp all day. They defrosted and marinated at the same time. I also put in a grill basket. Easier than the skews.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

This is so good. I like to make double for leftovers and it was next to impossible to keep my husband away. I raved about it in work and several tried it that week and agreed. What a pleasant change to boring chicken!
