Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
This tasted great, but next time I would put in some rice or quinoa for more texture- rather than it just being all mashed up stuff.
I used kidney beans like the recipe called for, and they are relatively easy to mash if you mash them first. I also added a small can of mild chilis.
