This was really good. Lots of flavor and very filling, definitely a keeper! I cubed my chicken sauteed in white wine, butter and garlic, then added fresh mushrooms set aside. In same skillet I sauteed fresh spinach as others suggested with a splash of white wine and garlic, layer bottom of glass dish. In seperate pot mixed half can of soup, lemon juice, half and half, parmesan and italian seasoning together,I let this simmer. Layered chicken mushroom mixture, then sauce topped with fresh bacon bits and mozzorella cheese. Served with steamed brocoli and garlic bread! My boyfriend it was really good and flavorful...will make again.
