Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
I've made this several times - it has a good flavor but you definitely need to salt/pepper your meat before adding cranberry sauce.

Rebecca's Rockin' Vodka Lemonade
This is a really quick drink to throw together and very good. I doubled the recipe for Bunco and there wasn't a drop left!
