Minnesota's Favorite Cookie

These cookies are great - I added 1/4c extra flour because I don't like cookies that are too flat. I also drizzled melted chocolate on top to dress them up for a cookie exchange I took them to. I was able to get 5 dozen from this recipe.

Baked Spaghetti

This was really good - a little like lasagna. I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese and took the advice of others and used more sauce - it was a large jar that had around 45oz and I was very glad I did - not too saucy at all.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

This dish is great - I used a black bean and corn salsa and added a little taco sauce and sour cream. We all really enjoyed it - will definitely make again.
