Just took these out of the oven and I just had to "SAMPLE" one. These are great!! I did add 1/2 cup sour cream because I was comparing this recipe and Blueberry Cream Muffins. And how often does sour cream not make things better:) A new staple in my recipe box!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Just took these out of the oven and they look GREAT!!! They did not get flat at all. I made the Best Big Fat Choc.Chip Cookie from this site last night and in that recipie you melt the butter..so I did that with this one and add the xtra flour and soda like other reviews said. OK!!!!Just tasted them and YUM!!!Will go in my recipie box!!!

Easy Sugar Cookies

I too have been looking for a sugar cookie that didn't have to rolled and mess with alot. I must say this is it!!! Sugar cookies are my husbands favorite and he says these were Attttt! I didn't have any problem with them spreading out The only changes I made were I used 1 stick of butter and 1 stick of marg. (it was what I had on hand already softened) I did follow other reiviews and did 2 tsp. vanilla. then I rolled the balls in sugar before I put them on the cookies sheet. They were GREAT! Between my husband and 4 kids they went quick. Def. a new family favorite!!!! Thanks

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

1st time I made this the sauce seemed really salty, So this time I watered down the soy sauce. (Just opened a brand new bottle of soy and don't want to waste it. Next time I will buy low sodium sauce.) and it tasted great. Smells really good. Turned it up on high and stirred it til it thickend up a little.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

This is my VERY favorite cake frosting. Could eat the whole pot without a cake.!!! I never add cornstarch, just trun up thr heat and stir, it will thicken up. Toast the coconut and pecans for more flavor!! This is the best!YUM!!!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Made this for our early Thanksgiving. Wasn't sure how it would go over. I am pleased to say it went home on everyones left over plate. My brother in law specifically asked for a bowl of it to take home. This is a new staple at our table !!!Thanks for sharing.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

We had an early Thanksgiving Dinner and I used this recipe. I was the best Turkey ever!!!! MOIST & JUICY!!! My brother in law said it was the best dinner he ever had. This will be my turkey recipe from now on!

It's Chili by George!!

This was the best chili ever!!! And this may sound a bit weird but I didn't have any cumin s I put 1 and 1/2tsp of taco seasoning in it. My family said it was the best chili I ever made. This is my new chili recipe!
