Crawford Polish Bake
The first words out of my boyfriend after he tried this were "This is AWESOME!" He's the pickiest person EVER and my jaw dropped by his reaction over this. I used red-skinned potatoes..don't know if that made a difference. And I didn't rinse the sauerkraut. There was a nice juice on the bottom of the pan from it after it cooked. I used a bit more butter and some garlic powder also. Delicious. And very easy!

Kielbasa Stew
oh my god, so good. And so easy to make! I went ahead and used tomato sauce instead of the soup and added some red potatoes and crushed red pepper. I also used beef stock instead of broth (not sure if that made a difference, but I had it on hand) It tasted delicious...and then I realized I forgot to add the sour cream. When I did, it was even better! The flavor..MMM.

Curry Beef Stir-Fry
Very delicious! I substituted some snow peas for half of the green pepper. Next time I'll cook the beef a little longer also, since it was a little tough (probably because of the cut of meat I used).
