Tuscan Soup
This soup was amazing! I followed all directions and added great northern beans, garlic and diced tomatoes and we loved it! Definitely spicy sausage a must! My only suggestion is to drain the sausage before you add the other ingrediants, this way you keep the oil out of your soup. Enjoy!

Southwest Chicken
I hate to be the neysayer here..but this was bland, bland bland..I put chilli powder on the chicken before I browned it, I added more than enough cumin at the end..and nothing..no taste. The only upside was that it did look good and pretty. Sorry to disagree with the rest..but this definitely needs a kick somewhere.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
I am from Kansas City and consider myself a conisuere of bbq sauces and I'm telling you...this was FANTASTIC! I didn't have a grill so I cooked them in the oven for 2hrs then pulled them out, put bbq sauce on them, covered back up for 20 minutes, then back out again, placed in a 9x13 pan w/o foil and broiled them until the sauce carmelized. Delish!
