Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
I am from Kansas City and consider myself a conisuere of bbq sauces and I'm telling you...this was FANTASTIC! I didn't have a grill so I cooked them in the oven for 2hrs then pulled them out, put bbq sauce on them, covered back up for 20 minutes, then back out again, placed in a 9x13 pan w/o foil and broiled them until the sauce carmelized. Delish!
