Teriyaki Flank Steak
Definitely worth the effort! Amazing marinade. I was only able to marinade the steak for 8 hours and it still came out really great. Will make again for sure.

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake
This cake looks impressive especially on cake platter with a glass cover - but I wish it had tasted as good as it looked. It was ok - not great. Ina Garten's sour cream coffee cake is much better.

Oven Beef Stew
I used the suggestions of B_32's review and this stew came out very well. Don't cut up the beef too small though because the pieces will be a little overdone and tough. I would make this again.
