I am the mother to six wonderful children and wife to an amazing man. Each day I have a minimum of eight people at my dinner table and often times more. I take pride in my cooking and it is one of the many things I can do to show my family how much I love them and like to see them taken care of. I love to bake and to experiement with different dinner recipes. Whatever will feed a small army, I am willing to try. I love to make the Easy Apple Crisp from this site, Simply Lasagna, and various others. My mother is Polish and I like to experiment with different European dishes as well. Cheesy grits, from this site, I don't know what happened but it turned out pretty bad.
