I altered this recipe by ONLY using regular Splenda - not the Splenda baking mix. I wouldn't suggest doing this. It is edible but sort of rubbery and has an aftertaste. I used two cups instead of 3 cups of splenda (I doubled the recipe) and it was more than sweet enough. Just wanted to caution people considering doing a complete Splenda replacement that this may not be a great idea. However, if you are diabetic, it isn't awful, so it may be worth trying if you absolutely can't have sugar.
