I agree with the previous comments - Best Pot Roast Ever! I seared a 3lb roast first in garlic and olive oil. I then put potatoes in the bottom of my 4qt slow cooker. I added a can of reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup, a can of beef broth, and a package of dry onion soup mix. I also threw in 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce and cooked it on high for 3 hours. I then added baby carrots and cooked it for an additional 3 hours on high. It was so moist and flavorful! I would definitely make this again!
