Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
This is the first soup my whole family liked! (And that is no small feat, there are 8 of us!) Four of us are gluten intolerant, so I found a White and Wild Rice with Seasoning Packet that is gluten free, and used about 3 Tablespoons corn starch in place of the flour and it turned out great. The Seasoning was perfect. And to make it easier I used canned chicken breast. It was a fast and yummy meal. Thanks for the recipe, we'll make it again.
