I'm a working wife and mom to a 3 year old girl. Life is hectic at best and we are always trying to find new interesting healty meals. Anything healthy with lots of spice and zippy flavors. The more fresh herbs the better! I come from a very Italian background where the foods are heavy but comforting and delicious. While I love those kinds of meals, I need to keep up a healthier cooking style for my family.
