Irish Boiled Dinner (Corned Beef)

I'm sure this is the traditional Irish way to cook corned beef but was looking for something with much more flavour. It was moist but utterly blahh.

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Dry and salty with a strange aftertaste. Was looking for a tender and moist corned beef and this just wasn't it.
