Vini's Pork Roast
Tasty pork roast. Served the gravy on top of mashed potatoes with some sour cream & garlic. Yum. The only change I'll make next time is to use less caraway seed. My husband doesn't like them so much.

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef
This was quick, easy, and everything is usually in my pantry. It was pretty bland though. If I make it again, I'll add some more spices, garlic, etc.

Shrimp Tetrazzini
Easy, creamy, and delicious. Almost comfort food. Only addition was lots of freshly ground pepper. Served with steamed sugar snap peas with lemon juice. Will make again.
