Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese
I'm glad to read (after I made this, of course) that I was not the only one who ended up with gritty cheese. I cut the American cheese in half and cut out 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese because that is just a ton of cheese and I wanted to save on some calories. But when I mixed it all, it was so fabulous. I couldn't wait to serve it to DH! However, after I baked it, we both ate a small helping and the rest will probably go in the trash. It was so gritty! How does that happen? DH was chuckling a little bit at my expense because I was bragging about how good dinner was going to be... Loved it before baking, but after, it was nasty. Will definitely make again for a stove-top recipe though!

Hodie's Sloppy Joes
My husband and I liked this very much. If you like Manwich, you'll probably like this as the flavors are similar. I was nervous at first because I'm not a big ketchup eater and at first the "gravy" tasted all ketchup-y. But I added a dash of garlic salt and after it simmered for a while, the flavors all blended and it was really good!
