Avocado and Tomato Salad
I made this for lunch with some friends and they raved about it. I made my own dressing using olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper and fresh basil. I also added feta cheese. I was fabulous. I followed others suggestions and cut back on the dressing. I served it with crusty bread. Every one wanted the recipe.
