It was good enough if you need a change I guess, but we all prefered normal pumpkin bread to this.

This recipe deserves 5 stars prepared as directed, but I made some changes when I cooked it for friends. This is my best reviewed food item. I replace a little more than half the bread crumbs with Italian bread crumbs. I use a little less feta. I don't add the extra salt while cooking. And the two things I force on anyone eating this are: 1) Must use english muffins for bread 2) Must top with chopped dried cranberries. This is easily my favorite turkey burger, and some of my friends prefer this recipe to beef.

Tastes great. Texture on the top of the chicken was great, but I forgot to place bread crumbs at the bottom of the pan as others had suggested. :(
