Bread Machine Calzone

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
This recipe was great. I made the dough in my bread maker and added a little basil, oregano, and a sun dried tomato/Parmesan dry mixture. For the inside I used homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella, sauteed broccoli/red/green peppers/garlic. I topped the calzones with butter and parmesean before I threw it in the oven. It was AMAZING. The outside breading was so good I could have eaten it plain as breadsticks. The only thing that was a little hard was dealing with the dough because it was very sticky. It was worth it and I will definitely be making this recipe often.

Peppy's Pita Bread

Much better than what I can buy at the store. I would make them more often if they didn't take so much time to roll them all out.

Caramel Popcorn

This was really good. I just used 1/2 cup of butter like others suggested. I like that it did not stick to my teeth and it stored well in ziploc bags. I think it is good to use popcorn with a little salt on it because I love the sweet and salty mix. I will be making this often!

Daddy's Popcorn

Delicious! I just used the store brand yellow popping corn, canola oil and butter. It came out delicious and basically all but 8 kernels popped! I will definitely be using this recipe again. I want to experiment with different flavoring options. It was easy!

Bread Machine Bagels

Much better than Einstein bagels.I tried brushing on egg whites before baking and also olive oil. The olive oil kept slight oily feel after baking. I would prefer using the egg whites. I have also make cinnamon raisin bagels adding about 1 tsp of cinnamon and 2/3 cup raisins and an extra tb of sugar. Every time I have made these they come out wonderful. I would also suggest laying the bagels on a floured surface when you are letting the rise before boiling. You can make mini bagels and use left overs for pizza bagels. I use this recipe often.

Sweet Honey French Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
I loved this recipe. I added a little more honey, because I like a little sweetness to my bread. I did not even have to eat it with butter or anything the bread was amazing. I loved how thick it was, I would be able to make sandwiches on it!
