Ground Turkey and Hominy
I had some leftover hominy and found this recipe. As the other reviewers suggested, I upped the spice amounts. End result was hearty and tasty. My husband and I ate it like a chili, but it would be good over pasta or rice, too.

Blueberry Pound Cake
This was absolutely delicious. I halved the recipe and served it with a powdered sugar glaze.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup
This couldn't be easier and there are lots of ways to make variations of it. I used ground turkey and white beans. My two year old loved it! This is going to be a staple in my house. It also freezes well.
