Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls
Let me just say - WOW!!! Well worth "it"... The recipe itself was quick and simple, but not in my house. Ok, so I start with no yeast in the house... that required an initial 20 minutes looking for a cinnamon roll recipe that does not call for YEAST. (Thank you, Carol!) Then I couldn't find the muffing pans (still packed from moving a few months back)... I still followed the directions, but placed them into a loaf pan after sprinkling the bottom with the brown sugar/butter/cinnamon mix, this will create the most magnificant and slighty crispy carmalized crust. Baked for 40 minutes. If you use a loaf pan, be sure to flip over onto a plate before cooling. I skipped the currants and used the cream cheese frosting from "Clone of a Cinnabon" recipe. It took 5 boys all of 10 minutes to divour!

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings
I didn't have honey in the house, but I had wings to cook. I used brown sugar (50:50 w/ soy sauce) and added sliced onions to the marande and followed the rest. They were great! This cooking process is simple and tasty. The brown marandate helped added to the golden brown of the cooked wings. I will try the original recipe after a trip to the store to buy honey!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
This is great if you love REAL cream cheese flavor - I reccomend using this frosting to top off a recipe I found from Betty Crocker for Straberry-Cream Cheese Cupcakes! The best - just like a mini cheesecake, but very simple!
