I'm newly married to the most wonderful man on the planet! Hungarian, Italian, and good old American food Mom's Hungarian stuffed cabbage--it's stinky and smelly, but incredibly tasty! Roasting a turkey all by myself for about 25 of my friends in college. I realized how easy it really was and how much fun it was to entertain people. Inviting friends over for bratwurst. I soaked the brats all night in beer and prepared the side dishes, put them on the grill and sat down to chat with them. I totally forgot about the brats on the grill until I smelled the burnt meat wafting over to our table!
