Pecan Pie V

The pie tasted great, it just looked kinda gross because the sugar separated from the rest of the filling and sat on top. I tried this recipe several times, always with the same result.

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

I added 1cup of sour cream and about 8 sliced green onions. Very tasty, I like this recipe because its so much easier to make than actual twice-baked potatoes.

I made this for my friends birthday and it was a huge hit. The recipe was very simple and despite the other reviews I used regular chocolate chips and it still came out great. I'm definately making this again.
